Saxa is a small family restaurant that is pride of itself on serving unique and delicious food creations. Located in the small charming village called Čeprljanda on the Island of Ugljan.
Our family has been dedicated to gastronomy since 2004.Over the years,we've built a tradition,creating welcoming experiences for our guests and sharing our passion for great food and hospitality.

What does Saxa mean?
Saxa is a Latin word for "rocks" or "stones". Beyond its literally meaning, it often carries a metaphorical significance, symbolizing resilience, strength,durability and an enduring spirit.

-OPG MATULIĆ, a family- owned business specialized in exquisite fig and sour cherry vinegar (aceto), aromatic flavored salts, and the unique Pašmanero hot sauce.
-OPG Tonka Pletikosić,a family- owned bussines lokated in Preko specialized in producing of homemade goat cheese, fresh eggs, pure olive oil, and vegetables.
-KAPRONCA,a family owned -bussines,dedicated to producing high-quality natural mint,elderflower and raspberry juices using traditional methods.
