We are the Bakota family, and we have been passionately dedicated to the hospitality and culinary arts since 2003. The name Saxa is derived from Latin, meaning rock or stone.
It represents the soul of the Dalmatian landscape. Saxa stands for strength,resilience,durability and an enduring spirit, much like the stone shaped by the sea and time.
